Finding the Clinic
Entry into The Tower is from Old Broad Street. You will be greeted in the lobby by a concierge and directed to the client waiting area. Please take a seat and Agnes will collect you at the designated appointment time.
Please allow sufficient time before your appointment to register and, if required, complete the consultation form. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but it may result in a reduction of treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled.
Booking and Cancellations
Bookings can be made in-Clinic, online, by telephone or email. Credit card details are required to secure the booking. If you need to change or cancel the appointment, we ask you to give 24h notice or the full cost of the treatment may be charged.
When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. On the day of your treatment you will be asked to complete a consultation form to ensure we are providing you the very best service and results, while ensuring your comfort and safety. Please note that for certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed with treatment.
Please inform us if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Our pregnancy and safety policy states that no treatments can be given in the first twelve weeks of pregnancy.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased in Clinic or online. Vouchers are valid for 12 months or 24 months if you are pregnant, from the day of purchase. They are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for products or cash.
Refunds / Returns Policy
You can exchange or return any products purchased from DIVINE Skin Clinic London within thirty days with proof of purchase. The item must be unopened and in the original and undamaged packaging. We cannot accept any online or third-party purchase refunds.
Patch tests are required 24-hours in advance of your first Laser Hair Removal treatment. If six months have lapsed since your last treatment, please be aware that a further patch test will be required prior to your next appointment.
